I got very cold this morning with very tired arms from holding my camera! The weather has turned much colder and windy. I stood behind a tree to try to get some kingfisher shots and although I saw the female fly out of the nest, I didn't get any shots of her again.
I really must find my tripod so that I don't have to hold the camera for hours at a time. I have 3 but can only find the big bulky one and I've ordered a new cable release as mine has stopped working so I am not having much luck at the moment although I consider it to be a privilege to see the kingfisher which makes up for it all.
