@sunnygreenwood Yes I was so pleased to see her and had to nip upstairs to get my camera. I thought they might go before I got down with it but I was lucky she lingered longer than he did as he walked round the front where I couldn't see him and I was still in my nightie!

She is a gorgeous duck; maybe "common" but the patterns on her plumage when you see her close up like this, just superb!
