There were a pair or redwings flying about but every time I got a bit nearer they flew off so this was the best I could do. It was nice to see a blue sky yesterday though as it's back to being grey today.
Redwings are a member of the thrush family and are very similar to the thrushes, both song and mistle thrushes as well as the fieldfare who are also related.
