This is Steve's band and they played outside in a marquee last night at a charity do for Ickwell Cricket Club who raised thousands of pounds for Macmillan Cancer Nurses. They have golf matches around the village green during the day and follow up with a hog roast etc. It was really cold and I wished that I had taken warmer clothes - note to self make sure you take your warm Chicago hoodie next time!
The boys (or should I say oldies?!) were cold too and 2 of them only had short sleeved tops on. The band consists of 3 Steve's and Graham on the fiddle!
Do they really call themselves the Old Geezer Band? Glad it all went ahead outdoors even if a little chilly. Good work to them and a nice capture from you Rosie.
