There are some benefits

to this self isolation - so little traffic on the main road so that it is easy to cross. Much nicer and quieter also. You do have to watch out for selfish cyclists though as one came flying up behind me and made me jump as I didn't hear him coming and he should have been on the road not the path!

And the cyclists come too close as they drive past and you are on the pavement! With walkers when I'm dog walking I can cross over, but if a cyclist whizzes by don't have time to get out of their way! They are just having their exercise but I'm extra wary with all that is happening and feel uncomfortable with this. Grumble over - stay safe 😁
