Wandering around behind fences and public walkways I found this workman, in hi vis gear enjoying the view.
The building of this hotel was 'forever' and the road bridge caused a lot of debate too. The bridge links Tauranga and the Mount and finally opened in 1988.
If I was working there I would take a moment too to remember.
