Yes, just one bite and you wil be in heaven while the tast lingers in your mouth. These are Cannoli Siciliani which we ate while having a coffee at the Cafe Spinella in Catania, Sicily. In Malta there are some confectioneries that can make very delicious cannoli but these are just like manna from heaven. Now that you have described them, they do look pretty tasty. That green looks like something growing in my refrigerator but pistacchios make it sound more appetizing. I don't think we have them in my part of the world. Maybe I can find a recipe.
