Arloġġ tal-Lira – Update 4

The woodwork on the Maltese clock is now complete. It was a quite a challenge but I am very pleased with the result so far. Now begins the delicate work of gilding. Have never done this before. A word from all of you to the One above to give me some assistance would help.
The clock dial will fit into the square frame. My brother-in-law will be decorating it for me.
Thank you very much for looking and for your wonderful comments on yesterday’s picture.
Tomorrow: Jeff and Nick
Wow Dione, this is quite the nice piece, and very nice detailing. That is some nice craftsmanship.
