21ST August. I saw this reflection on the windscreen of our coach while we were driving towards the Alps in northern Italy. On the left – with an orange vest – is our tour manager; on the right is our Slovene tour guide. We had the coach, driver and tour guide with us all through the vacation. Both the driver and the guide were very professional and nice people to talk to. All the manager had to do was to ensure that everybody was on the coach and that we had left nobody behind.
