Location: Porta di Catania, Taormina (Sicily). Magnify to check out who the pirate is.
Jeff: “Hey, Nick, I told you that if we come to Taormina city centre we might meet Terry. There he is.”
Nick: “You’re right, Jeff. Hello, Mr Terry. Hope you’re having a good time on vacation. Any developments on the pirates’ case?”
Terry: “ Yes, and good ones too. I spoke to the Catania police immediately I left you last time and they are convinced who one of the pirates is. They have put up posters everywhere for help from the residents. There’s one poster right behind me.”
Nick: “That was quick. Good work and thank you. I’m sure they won’t bother us anymore after this. Are you staying here long, Mr Terry?”
Terry: “We should be leaving in a day or two. Will keep the Italian police informed of my whereabouts in case they need any help to capture the pirates. By the way I have friends here with me from a photography group, named 365 Project. They have heard about you and want to make your acquaintance.”
Jeff and Nick: “We know all about 365 from our friend in Malta. We would love to meet your friends, too. Shall we meet on the beach near Isola Bella?”
Terry: “Fine, see you there. Will tomorrow morning be ok with you?”
Jeff and Nick: “Sure. We’ll be there.”
To be continued tomorrow. There’s a surprise for some of you.
Thank you very much for looking and for your wonderful comments on yesterday's picture.
Since I'm looking at your photos backwards, I saw the comment about the pirate- but I'm not sure who it is! Could that be Ross?? He's no pirate! He's everyone's hero here- so I think I'm wrong. Fun to see two days of Nick and Jeff in a row!
@olivetreeann@dulciknit Thank you very much for your comments. The pirate is Rick Schies. He posed for this shot with Terry when he visited him. Terry posted the shot a while ago. I just borrowed it and cropped it heavily to leave Rick only. Seems that even he didn't recognise himself.
Anyway I now hate seagulls after I saw one gooble down a baby duckling.
