LEST WE FORGET

Lest we forget - He is the reason for the season.
Saturday we went to the town of Hamrun to see the lights and decorations in the streets and to pass some leisure time looking around the shops and the people rushing around to do their Christmas shopping. There are two adjacent shops in Hamrun’s main street that sell holy figurines of all sorts but mainly related to Christmas and in a few months’ time Good Friday and Easter. All these statues of Baby Jesus filled the shop window of one of them and I thought it was a good reminder for what we will be celebrating on 25th December.

I have more pictures to show of Valletta but they have to wait.
