Another shot from Madliena.
This is Madliena Bridge which crosses Wied id-Dis. I showed a picture of the wied (valley) yesterday.
We had a great week-end this week-end. The weather was fine and I had many shooting opportunities. I will show you some of the shots I took, starting tomorrow.
Joke: A man had just been laid off from work. He was standing on the stone railing of Madliena Bridge getting ready to jump off, when he happened to look down and see a little man with no arms dancing all around on the ground below.
He thought, "Life isn't so bad after all," and got off the railing.
He then walked down to where the little man was to thank him for saving his life.
"Thank you," he said. "I was going to jump off that bridge and kill myself, but when I saw you dancing even though you have no arms, I changed my mind."
"Dancing? What dancing! I'm not dancing!" the armless man replied bitterly ... "My bum itches, and I can't scratch it!"

@maggiemae Thank you for your comments. The valley does not carry any water, it is all absorbed in the soil. The gorge is quite deep but the darkness is mostly due to the processing.
Why don't you use a cloudy sky into the photo.
