Ireland – fifth day of our holiday (22th July, 2019).
This waterfall is approx 2.5 kilometres from the motor entrance to Muckross House. We passed there when we left Muckross House on our way to follow the Ring of Kerry. The small car park was only about 200metres from the waterfall. Funny enough at the waterfall we met a close friend from his school days of Jean-Pierre (JP), my son. We had a long chap before we continued on our way.
Thank yoou so much for viewing and for your kind comments and fav's on yesterday's picture.
Hope you enjoyed the Ring of Kerry! My husband and I once hiked the Kerry Way, which is up in the mountains above the Ring of Kerry. 120 miles in all. Jolly wet at times, but super viewpoints and the whole area is so interesting.
Beautiful waterfall- very similar to the terrain and type we have around here. Isn't it interesting how you can be far from home and still bump into something or someone familiar? Beautiful collage.
