SURPRISE

One last shot from the 8th and last day of our Athens holiday - 20th February, 2023.
It has been a long journey through my Athens album. I hope you enjoyed it. I always tell myself “I must shorten the series” but I never manage to do that and finish up with a backlog of other pictures to go through.
And this is a case in point. I never had the intention to post the picture on the right of this diptych but all of a sudden, just yesterday, I was surprised to find out that I had taken a picture of the statue of Athena, the statue copied on the large wall art that covered one side of the museum building which I posted 3 to 4 days ago and which I have reposted on the left side of this image.
