I've had this tiny little box for something like 12 years and though it's a long story I was given it by a colleague. It surprised me at the time.
But when it catches my eye from time to time, somehow the rock 'holding the lid down' seems to remind me to keep the hopes safe, not letting them evaporate or fly away.
I think hopes change as we travel through different phases of life!
