Catching up a little......Allan got some fresh mackerel from our Saturday fish van and looked out a lovely recipe he hadn't tried for a while. It was delicious and didn't take long to cook after our afternoon out.
And a glass of wine was welcome.......
Notice the tonic....I'm taking it regularly in a bid to keep fighting cold and flu bugs that are hitting so many......other varieties are available!!!!
Three good things
1. A quiet day...pottering and dozing and just enjoying not having to rush anywhere.
2. Cosy house
3. Enjoyed some evening TV - loved Songs of Praise and later the Coronation programme.
I love So gas of zpraise too, really uplifting! Missing Aled Jones, hope all comes right for him! Hope your tonic works! It looks rather revolting, bet it tastes of iron!😝
