We've had a fallen cherry tree in our back garden since the storm last June.
We did a fairly good job of cutting back and clearing what we could last autumn but were amazed to see that there was blossom appearing on some of the remaining branches.
Last week a friend was in for coffee and we talked about it, getting it cut back etc......her son has all the gear required etc.....
Today he came.....just came and went and got started. It was a joy to watch when at last I spotted him, and he is making a difference!
What would we do without friends!
You can just see him tidying things into his red car for the day in the picture on the right!
