Just an ordinary Monday for my Birthday but I'm not complaining as I'd had such a fun weekend. Skype to David and co in Kiev, to Laura and Iain in Melbourne, messages from Susannah in Edinburgh and Jonathan and Fiona were here for the weekend.
Breakfast out on Saturday, lovely lunch on Sunday, and so many cards, pressies and greetings from so many fantastic friends and relations.

Three good things
1. Sunshine walk to school even though icy underfoot!
2. Lunchtime surprise and these had arrived from Melbourne.....well not quite! Thanks Laura and Iain. And there are lots still in bud so I expect to enjoy them for a while.
3. A fine day at school, children loved the Mr Men hanging and we had some interesting discussions about which we'd like in our classroom!!
