Last weekend it was torrenting furiously but today it was nice to see levels as normal. And some amazing colours though I did play with these a little.
Three good things
1. Getting ship shape in the kitchen. Nothing major but packing old mugs (!) and dishes I no longer use.......will take them to recycle /charity shops where someone may find them useful
2. Cool green smoothies ....full of goodness and interesting.
3. A helpful chat with the local pharmacist
