There wasn't even a hint of snow when I walked home from school this evening.....but within an hour it had covered my car.
This is from the lounge window.....which we opened wide for a couple of minutes!!! It would look so much more impressive if we lived out of the town and didn't have the street lights in the photo! The moon is full and there are flood warnings for our favourite part of the Moray coast - I'm sure it would be pretty impressive up there this evening with the waves thundering in.....but a bit scary for those too close to the sea.
Three good things
1. Warming up with lamb tagine for dinner.
2. Keeping cosy indoors
3. Early night and hoping for a snow closure day tomorrow so I can catch up on school paper chase!!
Lucky you! It just snowed here for the last hour but has soon disappeared. Have you seen the youtube version of a parody on Adele's song Hello? It's called Snow Day and has been re-written from a teacher's point of view. It's brilliant!
