At the end of the day, I came out of school past our planter barrels and found, sadly, that some little person had pulled some of the flower heads off and thrown them on the ground. Oh well, it doesn't happen often and I picked them up and took them home so will enjoy them for the weekend at least!
Three good things
1. Restorative approaches - how we deal with challenging behaviour is so different now, and there is a lot of adult-led conversation to help little people understand how others are feeling/have felt because of their actions. It makes such a difference and, at the end of the day, everyone is happy.
2. Friday coffee time with Allan after work!
3. Time to sit outside in the warm sunshine and enjoy the light on the garden.
