As we were heading for home yesterday we passed this lovely clump of iris in the gardeners' work area beside a lovely stone dyke.
I just love the blue and the fact that they grew where not many people would see them!
Three good things
1. A very gentle day. Didn't do much, sat outside in the sunshine and enjoyed just being and going at gentle pace.
2. The bluetits at our bird box on the patio are very busy feeding their babies who we can hear chirping when we're sitting on the bench.
3. Food together - simply delicious.
