At the end of the garden there's a lovely seat under some trees. Allan has taken a photo of me here quite often and at different times of year - I love this and glad my coat doesn't feel as ostentatious as I felt when I first bought it!!
Three good things
1. A lovely day and lots of learning out of doors.
2. Green smoothy with lots of left over salad and more healthy stuff!!
3. Pilates started again....I may be a little 'ouchie' tomorrow but good to get back to it!
