This is where my bike normally stands .... chained onto a cumbersome metal stand bolted into the wall outside our front door. The eyebolt was crowbarred out of the wall, and the bike and stand gone. Makes me feel a little vulnerable...
@islambad I keep the dogs in the house with us at night. In fact the two rescues stay crated because they seem to feel more secure that way and it has dealt with a lot of behavioural problems. They did bark during the night, but my hubby was fast asleep and I decided (wisely I think) not to go and check. I actually thought it was a cat, as the previous time they barked and I checked there was a cat outside and they chased it. But at least it is only a bike and nothing more serious!
Goodness me! They really wanted that bike!! I can understand you feeling very vulnerable now. Maybe it's time to get a bigger dog...I feel very safe with tootsie...she's got a terrific bark.
