Winter

Winter has suddenly arrived. After a warm sunshiny almost summery autumn day yesterday, today has been freezing cold with some icy rain. Not enough rain to fill my water tanks again, or even water the garden properly, but I wonder if the roses outside will survive this cold snap

@koalagardens Thank you. Yes they are pretty. Mine wouldn't make good cut flowers - the stems are short and spindly, but I am loving them in the garden on the rose bush - brings me joy to see them

@pattyblue Thank you. Genuine rain droplets seem to sit differently on the plants compared with water sprayed from a bottle, somehow.
