Happy New Year to all! For many years a group of us have met at High Noon at a friend’s farm for a clay pigeon shoot and barbeque. For all of us (except my farming friend) this is the only time that we have a go at this sport, and so the results can be a bit variable. I was quite pleased with my shooting this year – I hit 85% of the clays. With our inexperience a 50% hit rate is generally considered quite acceptable
