A final Welsh sunrise by shepherdman

A final Welsh sunrise

The last Welsh image, at least for this year. A holiday normally means a lie in, a welcome break from clock watching to get to work, and an opportunity to wake up briefly and take a bleary eyed look at the clock before dozing off with the satisfied knowledge that time is irrelevant. But not when we were staying in Wales. We woke at first light, and opened the curtains to see whether we should have breakfast on the patio with tea, toast and a camera, because the sunrise over the hills promised potential photogenic opportunities. I have to admit that sometimes it was a relief to see a grey drizzly day, and to return to the warmth of the duvet, just for another few minutes before starting the day
Beautiful misty morning, a promise for a lovely day. Just shows how photography can be so motivating!

I feel the same way- drizzly! When on holiday you do want to make the most of what is round you and that includes, most importantly, the camera!
