After settling down onto a convenient log to watch the Tofino sunset, only to have a family light a camp fire in front of us (there were dark mutterings, not too subtle, from @shepherdmanswife), and then finding an alternative log from which to enjoy the deepening golden tones, we finally wandered down to the edge of the sea to watch the final hours of crimson daylight. The campfires along the beach provided only pools of light, not enough to displace the darkness, or to mask the constellations above as we strolled back along the beach to find the narrow path that led back to our cabin.
Looks like you have a perfect spot - what a beautiful sunset and great reflections (and loved the story about the campfire - will happen 9 times out of 10!) Fav
