@shepherdmanswife spent yesterday at "Boot Camp", a day of intensive dog training with Cody, leaving me, Tia and Sylvie, my stepdaughter's cockerpoo, free to enjoy a relaxed walk on a route that @sheperdmanswife finds boring. We came across just one other person. a lone runner, as we walked through peaceful shady woodland and along warm, sunny field edges. A brown and odorous smear in the stubble marked the remains of a manure heap. Sylvie promptly ran to the centre of the smear, sat down, and rolled. Cocker-Poo has never been a more suitable description.
