Waterfall... by shepherdmanswife

Waterfall...

at Blackden Brook at the back of Kinder in Derbyshire. Got very wet as the mountain side was saturated with boggy water along the side of the brook due to all the rain there's been lately. The water is full of tannin which gives this lovely brown colour. This is SOOC taken at slow speed to smooth the water out a little.
Thank you all so much for the wonderful response to my photo of Blackden Brook and Muffin.
That 1/20th exposure time sure gives you some nice movement of the water. I learn a lot from studying your photos.

Like how the water is focused to come through one area and with quite obvious power - yet with the slow speed it doesn't overpower the shot.
