Early light on the canal

I slept on our friends narrow boat on the canal a few days ago. I got up just in time to catch the sun coming up. Was worth getting up early!

Beautiful! ~ we holiday on the canals every year and the sunsrises are spectacular [mostly] ... we are taking dad on a disabled adapted boat on the Kennet and Avon in a few weeks ~ we did it last year, first time at age 77 he had ever been on one and loved it ~ hense a second year :D
