@monikozi Thanks, I am rid of oxygen if I am “quiet”, sitting, moving around slowly. To exercise I still need the oxygen. Moving slowly is not one of my strong skills. So it’s a challenge, but I feel healthy and see improvement everyday. I actually went to the farmers’ market this week and just sauntered and took it all in after the many months.
