I decided to try the TAG CHALLENGE 54 - WITH A SLIGHT TWIST and the two tags I drew were "green" and "rain". This is rain drops on the side window of my car with out of focus dual traffic lights behind creating a large bokeh effect.

@mtngal - Thank you so much Harriet!! It started to rain yesterday late afternoon. I just hoped it would continue until evening. I had an idea of finding puddles where green sign lights would be reflected in the puddles, but it stopped raining so I couldn't get the rain splashing in the puddles. I got some of green wet pavement So I settled for this.
