Common Sunflower

I was driving home from church this morning and ended up driving a different route than normal. As I crossed a busy intersection I passed a vacant business that had a large row of these running behind the building. I stopped and backed into the driveway and grabbed some shots while fighting the effects of the wind.

There is nothing common about a sunflower. They are one of my very favorites. Lovely shot - the wind will get you every time.

@vickisfotos - Thank you very much Vicki! The wind would occasionally slack off and I'd snap the shutter. But if you zoom in the little hairs on the stem aren't sharp!
