On the evening of November 26th we were hit by a major snow storm. I am guessing I shoveled between 7-8 inches out of our driveway. Then on the 27th I shoveled an additional 4-5 inches. So we got unofficially we got about 11-13 inches of snow. This is the railing on our front porch and the pine tree in front of the house.
This is beautiful, Skip. Looks like you got hit big time with the snow. You got more than us. They were predicting a lot here but somehow we missed most of it the second night.
How crazy to have that kind of snow storm in your part of the country!! It's a beautiful shot though. Probably not many opportunities for winter wonderland photography!
@pflaume - Snow is a normal part of winter in northwest Pennsylvania. This was one of those time when we got so much in a short period of time. We were surprised as to how clear most of the roads were the following day. Some schools went on a 2 hr delay and a few cancelled. The bad thing was that it was a wet snow, so it was a back breaking job shoveling it.
@skipt07 Silly me, Skip! For some reason I thought you were from Georgia! Yes, I went to school in PA so I know all about the winters there. You will have many opportunities for winter wonderland photography!!
Thank you for your kind comments on 'Steps Up', Skip. Much appreciated.
