I couldn't believe my eyes when I looked out the window and saw this pair enjoying the sunflower seeds. Since this was a good day for unusual bird pictures I thought I use this one to fill a gap.
@calm - Thank you Cathy! They are and they are still here. I hope they nest close by for the summer.
@04haze Thank you Lee! We first saw what we thought was one male, but then two or three days later we saw two males at the feeder. A day or two later we finally spotted a female. But we rarely saw them together. Then I looked out one day and a male and female were coming to the feeder until this happened. So over all it was at least a week to a week and a half from the time we first saw the male until this happened.

@danette - It's like they are military minded. They are watching in opposite directions so the enemy can't sneak up on them.
