Today was a long day! We got to the air show late only to find a very long line waiting for the shuttle buses to take people to the air base. We decided we'd didn't want to wait in a long line so we drove back to where we were yesterday outside the airport at the end of the runway. While we didn't get to see as much had we been inside we still got to see the these amazing pilots flying these amazing aircraft.
Great capture of it. I'll bet it was fun. I haven't been since the boys were young. There was a million people there, and I don't think I could handle those crowds today.
@paulam - Thank you very much Paula, I didn't even realize that he was putting out smoke until I looked at the pictures on my monitor. They fly over so fast you don't have much time to notice those things.

@danette - It was fun and it was a beautiful day. It was sunny but cool We didn't get baked standing in the sun. But we don't get to see the precise timing maneuvers they perform for the crowd inside. One of the things we couldn't see is when two planes come in from opposite directions and pass each other at a very close distance over the field and one is upside down and the other right-side up.
