The Painter
This is part 10 of a 12 part series.
As my wife and I walked up a small rise in the Great Garden, we saw this woman. She was either drawing or painting, I am guessing, the daisies. I said to my wife, "There is the perfect picture." I decided to give it somewhat of a painting look since that's what she was doing.
The painted effect you've given this image is so lovely as is the scene you photographed. I can't help but wonder if this gal has enjoyed artistry all her life or if it's something she's only recently discovered and or had the time for. Your picture inspires ponderings...
Thank you for the compliment shared on my Peachy picture the other day. It was sweet of you to drop by for a closer look and to share a comment.

Thank you all for your lovely compliments! I am still wrapped up in the audit and I am hoping to get through it by Wednesday. I have recruited my wife to help me shorten the process, I will take breaks from time to time to rest my eyes and brain and will comment here and there to try to keep up with my posting.
Your processing on this is marvelous - done so well to match the shot. Love the light and colors and composed so well. I'm glad you can see the end of the audit it sight - deep breath!
This is lovely Skip, I love the composition and I love that you have edited it as a painting to reflect her painting. What programme did you use for this Skip, it looks like a Topaz one.
@elaine55 - I agree. I downloaded all the filters for a 30 trial and decided on it at the end. I like how it removed unwanted spots and some of the painting effects. I wasn't quite sure how much to process this.

Thank you for taking the time to visit and your marvelous comments on my picture! I was so excited when I saw her I was afraid she would move or do something to change what I was wanting to capture. But she never even turned her head to look at us. Not wanting to disturb her I didn't approach her to see what she was doing or ask if she minded me taking her picture.
Very true but I won`t wait that long.
