My fascination with fountains led me to this one that twirls the water into unpredictable, but fun, shapes. The Bird of Paradise makes a nice background.
Now that is REALLY GREAT! I love how you capture the Dance of the Fountain YES !!! What a Fun shot. The Bird of Paradise does make an excellent background! Nicely captured.
Oh man! I'd love to try shooting something like this. Bet that dancing water is quite mesmerizing to watch. And I agree, the BofParadise made an excellent background.
That was quite the compliment you shared on my Ink Spot picture. I'm tickled you liked the composition. I won't be teaching any classes; I'm still a student of the craft myself. I kid you not when I tell you that while looking for the jacks for today's "J" picture, I wondered if there might be a Jackalope somewhere in the store. I'd have been tempted to buy one if I'd found it, just because of what you wrote!
@gigiflower Thanks, Sam. @pcoulson Thank You Peter. You're right - somehow the glass look did not occur to me. Duh, what's that say about the limits of my creativity?!?
@lyndemc What's interesting with this fountain is you never know what you're going to get in stop action. I took about ten shots and each one of them was distinctively different. Can't wait to go back?
Oh, I'd have really gotten a kick out of seeing you shoot a jackalope for your J subject. :-) Kudos for trying!! The jacks worked out better anyway.
