Great POV you chose to take this at. The chairs formed a sea of whitish-blue and the greenery gave you some flattering bokeh. Nice!
You asked about the lighting in the Gilded Grasses pic. No reflector used, and no gold paint either. Pure luck, and a lot of crawling around on my knees, contorting this way and that to try and catch the sun's light just right on the grass... while swatting at mosquitos.
I like this. I love when something very simple is photographed in such a way that it becomes interesting. This photo has a sense of anticipation to it- chairs about to be filled, an event about to occur. Great shot, Ron.
