So this is the Charmin of whom you spoke! I don't think I pictured a Tortie! Well, for this extreme close up, you captured what I never could capture with our Tat...open eyes! I never used flash, but she could snap her eyes shut as fast as the shutter clicked. She passed on an never had a photo with her eyes open...
Doesn't look as tho she was too worried about the up-close and personal, or being a part of an experiment. If I were to have another cat in my life, it would definitely be a tortoiseshell: short hair, brilliant green eyes, and she must be not the least bit interesting in eating parrots.

I believe she was actually saying, "For the love of God, will you get that damn camera out of my face? Oh, and feed me, too." @lyndemc I do believe that this is the one and only kitty that would have little interest in a macaw sandwich. All she wants is a scratch on the chin and a rub of the ears - and maybe a canary or two.
