I spotted this little guy hanging out on the beach. The owner swears he was born this way! He seemed to relish the obvious attention.

What's possibly most degrading about this for the dog is that he/she was made to look like a CAT. I gotta give it to the artist though, a great job was done in the coloring. That would be no easy feat, painting a wiggly pooch. And you're right, it would've been wrong not to take this picture.

OMG FUNNY! In the thumbnail, I thought it was someone's crazy purse!!! Like Joy, I agree it's "probably wrong on many levels", but so are dresses and Halloween costumes on dogs, too!

So, late to the party, as usual....Let me try to understand this....somebody wanted a tiger cub for Christmas, and got a puppy instead, so painted tiger stripes on it, and took it for a walk! Now that poor puppy is ridiculed by all the other dogs, and not accepted by the tiger moms who sense he is an impostor!! What a sad fate....great photo opportunity, though.....:-)))
