Laguna Seascape by stray_shooter

Laguna Seascape

An unusually low tide presented a unique opportunity to capture this angle looking back at the beach from Goff Island at Laguna Beach. Unfortunately the day was rather foggy and dreary so I summoned Topaz Textures to rescue the shot.
Hey, that's magic - shows what standard the photographer can achieve with a bit of help! fav

@maggiemae Thanks Maggie. There's no telling how many photos that would have been trashed have been salvaged thanks to processing. God bless Photoshop!

@pcoulson Thanks very much Peter, but I've had quite enough of those dreary days. This is supposed to be the land of sunshine and warmth - I could live in dreary for a much better price tag. ;-) I'll attempt to be creative with nice day photos too - promise!

"RESCUE" the shot? Haul those out and use them again soon! THIS is (Ok, you know my proclivity for texture) AMAZINGLY beautiful! What a gorgeous piece of art! I'd fave it several times over!

@simta Спасибо Tatiana.

@Weezilou Wow, so complimentary - I blush! Trust me, the original is pretty dreary looking, but I recognized the opportunity while looking for seals and sea urchins. The perspective was good I knew, but the fog in the background was pretty underwhelming. Textures made it work though!

A very artistic shot with great composition. The processing made it stunning.
