My husband has one too- in fact he's practicing on it in the other room right now. (It's not black though- it's the sunburst color) Great pov- a neck that's ready to be played.

@redy4et Thanks Elizabeth. I'm a huge fan of the blues - rock, too, of course, but blues seems more natural and easier for my slow fingers.

Thanks Peter. I must admit to a certain fondness for the Les Paul too, oh.....and the Ibanez. It's like having three mistresses. But the Strat is just the quintessential axe.
