at the distillery district once again. this is an original mixing kettle which was used for blending antifreeze and other denatured products. the kettle was made on-site by the coppersmiths employed by Gooderham & Worts Distillery (they were lucky, these days everything is sourced out, to workers in china :-P). it has a double-shell construction which was so designed to allow the circulation of water to regulate the temperature of its contents.
the self-imposed challenge for the next little while is "industrial", so there won't be much of a colourful or sweetheart photos in this album. no need to comment.
industrial is defined as "anything having to do with the business of manufacturing products; but not utility, transportation, and financial companies."
thank you for your kind visits and comments; know that they are greatly appreciated.
