these are two of the huge storage tanks at the back of the asphalt manufacturing plant from yesterday's photo. there are two more nondescript tanks but the far one is the most interesting for its murals. these two are facing lake erie and the murals go around the tank, progressing to modern-day seascapes. this side depicts galleon-like ships or tall ships that plied the lake in the olden years. i thought you'd appreciate it more if this was in colour.

At first I thought it was a reflection until I read your narrative. A clever way to camouflage their industrial look! Great composition to show the contrast of the two tanks as well .
