i realized today that i had better file a long vacation and start to clean up my apartment and/or severely reduce the clutter that i have accumulated. because to find a little cone and a large cone in different parts of my home is a little bit unnerving. i mean, where did these come from!
i know the big one i got from a side road last year when the ex-man and i went to port dover. i had been meaning to throw it away but i just left it on top of the ledge and just ignored it for more than a year. the little cone? i'm thinking it was one of the boys' hordes when they still used to spend the weekends with me when they were little. i know little darren would pluck anything from the side of the road and offer it to me with "i love you, lola" and a flicker of his beautiful eyelashes.
playing with ann @olivetreeann this week for "little and/or large" theme of her 'for the love of L' challenge for this month.
thank you for your kind visits and comments; know that they are greatly appreciated.
i feel ever so grateful for your concern for me during the weekend when i had a bout of vertigo. turned out i have a mild ear infection but wow! the impact was quite disconcerting. thank you, kind folks!
Not good to know it was an ear infection, but good to know it was not as serious as it sounded. Take your long vacation in March, I'll meet you in Niagara and come to Toronto to help you. (o: Hopefully tomorrow I'll get caught up with my photos. I have just not had time to take them!!
It's a lovely festive capture, makes me think of Christmas.
So glad you have found out what caused your vertigo. I hope that the infection is sorted soon.
Glad you are feeling better....sorry I missed your illness! :-(( Vertigo can be quite disconcerting...I have experienced it a few times and could barely get out of bed without falling or throwing up!
Well, I missed you, girl, and wish you would take a vacation and come visit me....a clean house is way overrated! ;-)) Love these pine cones....I think you need to spray paint them in silver or gold and use them for your holiday decoration!
