actually, it's an ikea catalogue magazine. taken in colour, came out almost black and white. almost, not quite.
for the 52-week challenge's "vision" category, the challenge is 'ordinary'. and what could be more ordinary than a magazine.
i was bagging my recyclables and that annoying ikea catalogue kept dropping on to the floor. at one point it fell on me, the corner of the spine hitting my poor bunion. i was about to hurl it out the balcony when i thought i'd do a "mona", but i started to itch and i abandoned the idea. after supper, i revisited my intention and i thought it's hard to do a mona, i just didn't have the patience. and this is about the extent of my patience so this is all you get, unless you want this morning's colourful sunrise clouds. well it could be for tomorrow, unless the electrical storm happens while up on my feet, which, though, by the look of that big star in the sky (jupiter, maybe, or one of those big planets) it may not happen at all. mind you, they'd been promising that storm for quite a few days now and it's yet to happen, unless it did in timbuktu.
Well done for the challenge. I love these magazine photos. I have tried one in the past. They are not particularly easy, but fun to photograph. I love it. It was Karma that you did a "Mona."
