as part of our office's diversity and inclusivity initiative, we celebrate the events and festivities of different ethnic groups. it is also fitting that our office has offices all over the globe. today we had a small celebration for diwali or the festival of lights. we learned what diwali is about and we partook of traditional sweets served during the festival. we were also given these two tiny pots which are so pretty i couldn't bring myself to put anything in them.
