tonight, it's dinner with a few of the decent workers from the accounting department. thankfully, no need to wear high heels and dance. it was strictly a sit-down dinner at a chop house. good thing they serve fish and seafood while the five people with me had prime ribs.
then on the train going home, whilst fighting with myself from nodding off, i tried to think of wonderful things that is not cold and snow and canada. so my mind went to my last trip to the old country with the bestie and this album cover design was hatched. then i fell asleep and almost missed my stop and my bus. fortunately, i remembered what i wanted to do and this was it.
methinks it's a better album cover than the other.
Artist: Rundemanen
Album: thousand miles from the corn field
Rundemanen is a mountain in the city of Bergen in Hordaland county, Norway.
Farming looks mighty easy when your plow is a pencil, and you're a thousand miles from the corn field. - Dwight D. Eisenhower
tsk! i see there's just one problem. the darn thing isn't square.
well, what do you know! it's actually square, it's just kind of big. interesting, isn't it?
I was trying to see if I had a photo of Rundemanen but couldn't fine one. (note to self: photo idea :-) I've been there a few times. Very popular hike here in Bergen. Nice shot and album cover although "Rundemanen" sounds more like a Black Metal band to me.... ;-)
It is a terrific choice for the title. Not sure which one I like better and no one would have noticed the not square if you hadn't mentioned it I am sure
